ColibriOS

Eventbrite alternatives: the one with no per-ticket platform fee.

Ticketing, registration, reminders and check-in for workshops, trainings, retreats and community events, on a flat monthly price. Ticket revenue goes to your own Stripe account, and Colibri adds nothing on top.

If any of this sounds familiar

  • Service fees stacked on every ticket make small events feel expensive.
  • Your attendees end up in the platform's database instead of your own.
  • The ticket is handled, but reminders, follow-up and the books live somewhere else.
  • One-off events are easy; recurring series and multi-day gatherings get awkward.

ColibriOS and Eventbrite, side by side

Eventbrite is a ticketing marketplace: it sells tickets to one-off and recurring events and charges per paid ticket rather than a subscription.

When Eventbrite is the better choice

A comparison that says we win every row is not one you should trust. Here is where Eventbrite genuinely does more.

Free events cost nothing

Unlimited free events with no fees at all. If you only ever run free gatherings, Eventbrite costs $0 and ColibriOS puts events on the $297 Group plan.

A marketplace that brings people

Eventbrite is where many people already look for things to do, with promotional tools and Eventbrite Ads in select markets. A ColibriOS event page has to earn its own audience.

Nothing to pay in a quiet month

With no subscription, an occasional event organizer pays only when tickets sell. ColibriOS is a flat monthly plan whether or not you sell anything.

No per-ticket platform fee

Colibri is a flat monthly subscription. Ticket payments go straight to your own connected Stripe account; you pay your processor's standard card rate and nothing to us on top. Ten tickets or five hundred, the software costs the same.

Your attendees are your people

Every registration lands in your CRM as a contact you own: taggable, emailable, exportable. Reminders, follow-up sequences and post-event emails come from the same system, not from an integration you have to duct-tape together.

More than the ticket

Event pages live on your own website and domain, with capacity limits, waitlists, door check-in, calendar feeds, and per-offering add-ons attached to the ticket itself. Every sale is recorded in your books as it happens. If you own the room too, event space software covers the rentals.

Built for series, not just one-offs

Recurring classes, multi-week programs and multi-day retreats are first-class citizens, with the same registration, reminders and check-in as a single evening event.
