Booking, intake, agreements and invoices for your 1:1 work, and then everything a client-management tool stops at: workshops and retreats, courses, memberships, a website on your own domain, newsletters to your list, and bookkeeping built in rather than bolted on. One flat price.
Dubsado is client management for service businesses: lead capture, forms, contracts, invoices, a client portal and automated workflows around each project.

Dubsado details checked August 2026 on Dubsado's own pages. Their plans change; if you see something out of date, tell us at hello@colibrios.com. A tier badge on the ColibriOS column shows the lowest plan that includes the feature; every tier contains the one before it.

Two published annual plans, $335 and $525 a year, with unlimited projects and clients on both; extra brands at $10 a month each and extra users from $25 a month; a 21-day free trial of Premier with no card; no transaction fee mentioned.
Source: Dubsado's pricing page, checked August 2026A comparison that says we win every row is not one you should trust. Here is where Dubsado genuinely does more.
Premier works out under $44 a month, Starter under $28, with unlimited clients. If forms, contracts, invoices and a scheduler are all you need, Dubsado costs a fraction of Serve.
Source, checked August 2026Legally binding contracts, public proposals on Premier, and an invoice that goes out the moment a client signs. ColibriOS attaches signed waivers and agreements to a booking; it does not do proposal-style contracts.
Source, checked August 2026Automated workflows move each client through the phases of a project with check-ins along the way. ColibriOS automates reminders, sequences and follow-ups, but not a per-project phase workflow.
Source, checked August 2026Clients book from your real availability, read from Google or Outlook, with intake forms and waivers answered before the first session. Packages track sessions used and can be paid over time. Invoices go out with a pay page that takes cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or cash, and a signed agreement sits on the client's record next to every payment and note.
Workshops, trainings and retreats take registrations with capacity, waitlists, deposits and door check-in. Courses sell with student portals, quizzes and certificates on every plan. Memberships and class packs renew themselves. The same person who booked the discovery call can buy all of it, and stays one record.
Your website runs on your own domain with sign-up forms, a lead magnet and a blog wired into the contact list. Newsletters and sequences go out from your own sending domain with opens and clicks reported. A tag can start a sequence, so a lead form can lead to an offer without you touching it.
Every invoice, session and ticket is income the day it lands. Connect your bank and expenses are categorized the way an accountant thinks. Profit by offer and a tax-ready year-end report are pages you open. Dubsado lists bookkeeping as an integration on its higher plan; ColibriOS includes it on every plan.
It does signed waivers and agreements attached to a booking or a registration, stored on the client's record. It does not do proposal-style contracts with line items and countersigning; if proposals are the heart of your sales process, that is a real point for Dubsado.
Serve, at $116 a month, covers booking, intake, agreements, invoices and payment plans, your website, the CRM, email and text campaigns, courses and the books. Gather, at $297, adds workshops and retreats with capacity and waitlists, and recurring memberships.
Not on its own. Dubsado's plans work out under $28 and under $44 a month. ColibriOS costs more because it also replaces the course platform, the newsletter tool, the website builder and the bookkeeping software. Priced from their own sites in August 2026, Dubsado Premier plus Teachable Builder ($89 a month) plus Kit Creator ($33 a month) plus QuickBooks Simple Start ($38 a month) is about $204 a month before a website; Serve is $116 with the website and the books included. If you pay for none of those, Dubsado is the cheaper choice.
Yes, on every plan. Booking pages read your Google or Outlook availability and offer only the times you are free, with buffers and intake forms. Dubsado lists its scheduler on the Premier plan.
Yes. Clients see their bookings, invoices, files and course progress in a portal that opens from any browser with an email link, no password. Attendees of a workshop or retreat get their own portal with the schedule and the address.
Yes. Contacts carry consent, tags and notes; newsletters and campaigns go out from your own sending domain, and automated sequences run from a tag. Dubsado's email is per-project communication and workflow emails, not campaigns to a list.
For most solo practices, yes. Income lands in the books as payments happen, bank transactions are categorized, mileage is tracked at the IRS rate, and the year-end report is what your accountant asks for. Colibri helps you organize your income and expenses. It is not a tax preparer, accountant, or a substitute for professional tax advice.
Export your clients as a CSV and import them with tags and consent. Rebuild your intake forms and agreements in the form builder, connect your Stripe or PayPal, and point your domain when the site is ready. Nothing has to move in one day.
