ColibriOS

An online coaching platform for the coach who runs the whole business alone.

Discovery calls, 1:1 packages, a group program, a course and the newsletter that fills them, on your own website and domain, with the client record and the books in the same place. A flat monthly price, no percentage of what you sell.

If any of this sounds familiar

  • The course platform takes a share of every sale, so the month that goes well is the month you pay the most.
  • Clients book in one tool, pay in another, watch lessons in a third and get your emails from a fourth, and none of them share a record.
  • Your coaching page lives on the platform's domain, so the audience you built is theirs to keep if you leave.
  • The enterprise coaching platforms match coaches to corporate programs; they are not built for a coach selling their own work.

What to look for, in any tool

Whatever you choose, these are the things that decide whether the software carries the work or you do. The last column is the lowest ColibriOS plan that includes it; every plan contains the one before it.

Everything a coach sells, in one catalogue

A free discovery call, a paid 1:1 session, a six-session package, a twelve-week group program, a self-paced course, a monthly membership and a retreat are all things ColibriOS knows how to sell. Each has its own page on your website, takes payment through your own Stripe or PayPal, and lands on the client's record. Packages track sessions used, programs run on a schedule with a cohort, and courses hold video, files, quizzes and a certificate at the end. You add what you sell as you grow into it; nothing else is charged per sale.

One client record from the first call to the last module

The person who booked the discovery call is the same person who bought the package, joined the group program and finished the course. Their notes, intake answers, signed waiver, sessions, payments, lesson progress and every email you sent sit on one record. Discovery calls are a pipeline you can see; the follow-up is a task that does not get forgotten.

The audience is yours

Your website is on your domain, with a sign-up form, a lead magnet and a blog wired straight into the contact list. Email and text campaigns go to that list from your own sending domain, with opens and clicks reported back. A nurture sequence runs from a tag: someone downloads the guide, gets the five emails, and is offered the program at the end. Leave one day and you take the site, the list and the client history with you.

The part coaching platforms leave to a spreadsheet

Every package sold and every program payment is income in your books the day it arrives. Connect your bank and the Zoom subscription, the retreat venue and the mileage to the workshop become expenses, categorized the way an accountant thinks. Profit by offer and a tax-ready report are pages you open, not a weekend you lose. Coaches who charge for their time should know what the group program actually earned.

Questions, answered

Is this a marketplace that sends me clients?

No. Platforms like CoachHub and BetterUp match coaches to corporate programs and take the client relationship. ColibriOS is the system a coach runs their own business on: your website, your clients, your programs, your list, your books. The clients come from your marketing, and everything they do with you lands in one place.

Which plan does a coach need?

Serve, at $116 a month, covers 1:1 booking, packages, intake, notes, courses, your website, the CRM, email and text campaigns, and the books. Gather, at $297, adds group programs, memberships and retreats with deposits. Lead, at $597, is for a team or several brands. Most coaches start on Serve and move to Gather when the first group program sells.

Does ColibriOS take a percentage of course or program sales?

No. Payment goes through your own Stripe or PayPal account at the processor's standard rate and ColibriOS adds nothing on top. The subscription is the only thing you pay.

Can I host a video course with lessons and a certificate?

Yes, on every plan. A course holds modules and lessons with video, files and text, quizzes that mark themselves, drip release by date or by progress, and a certificate on completion. Buyers watch in a browser on any device; no app to install.

Can I run a group coaching program with live calls?

Yes. A program is a dated series with a cohort, a capacity and a price; each session has its own reminder and video-call link, and the participants get a portal with the schedule, the recordings and a discussion space. Sell it once, or sell a course alongside it as an add-on at a special price.

Does it replace my scheduler and my email tool?

For most coaches, yes. Booking pages read your Google or Outlook calendar and offer only the times you are free; the email side sends newsletters and sequences from your own domain and reports opens and clicks. If you love a particular tool, keep it, but the client record is only complete when the booking and the emails happen here.

Can I sell coaching on my existing website?

Yes. Either move the site to ColibriOS, on your own domain, or keep your current site and link its buttons to your ColibriOS booking, program and course pages. Many coaches start with the second and move the site over once the pages are earning.

How do I move my clients and course content over?

Clients come in from a CSV with notes and tags, subject to the consent rules on the import screen. Course video and files upload lesson by lesson, and a published page from your old platform can be imported and edited in place. Most coaches are selling from ColibriOS within an afternoon.
