The service
Colibri provides business-operations software: appointment booking, event scheduling and registrations, ticketing, memberships, client portals, websites, email and SMS marketing, a shop, invoicing, and related tools. Features vary by plan and may evolve over time.
Your account & your content
- You're responsible for your login credentials and for everything done in your workspace.
- Your content stays yours. You give us only the license needed to host and display it as the product requires (for example, serving your public site).
- You're responsible for your customers' data in your workspace and for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including consent for the emails and texts you send.
Acceptable use
No spam, unlawful content, infringement of others' rights, attempts to breach security, or use that harms the platform or other members. Messaging features must only be used with recipients who have opted in. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Payments your business collects from its customers go through your own connected Stripe or PayPal account — we're not a party to those transactions. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Third-party services
Integrations (payments, email, SMS, shipping, calendars, social platforms) are provided by third parties under their own terms. When you connect one, you authorize us to exchange the data needed to make it work.
Text messaging program
Businesses on ColibriOS may send booking reminders, event updates, and occasional announcements by SMS to clients who have given them consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help; you can also contact hello@colibrios.com or the business directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Phone numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing; see the privacy policy for details. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
ColibriOS helps you organize your income and expenses. It is not a tax preparer, an accountant, or a substitute for professional tax, legal or financial advice.
Termination
You can cancel anytime. You keep full access for 30 days after cancelling — export tools are available throughout — and your workspace stays restorable for 90 days from cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. We may terminate accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
