For wellness practitioners

You sell calm. Running your business is anything but.

Sessions, circles, classes, courses and the books for Reiki practitioners, sound healers, meditation teachers, somatic, breathwork and movement practitioners, on your own website and in one calm home.

The parts that eat your week

A booking app, a form tool, a newsletter, a course platform and a spreadsheet, none of them talking to each other
Intake, consent and the follow-up after a session chased by hand, one client at a time
Tax time, and a shoebox of receipts for the room rent, the oils and the training you took

Book the session, hold the circle, teach the course and keep the books in one place, so you can stay with the person in front of you.

Sessions that start before the client arrives

Each session type has its own length, price, intake form and waiver, and new clients fill them in when they book from a page on your own website. The busy times on your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar are blocked from your booking page, so nobody books over the school run. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and your notes sit on each person's record next to their sessions and answers.

Circles, classes and closed containers

A weekly sit, a Thursday sound bath or a monthly share circle is a series you set up once, repeating weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and every date has its own capacity. A closed container or a ceremony can stay off your public site entirely: share the link with the people you have invited, and their intake and consent arrive before the date. When a circle fills, new sign-ups join a waitlist and you offer the next seat in one click.

Packs, memberships and the follow-up

Sell a pack of five sessions or ten classes, and choose whether it goes to private sessions, group classes or online ones. A membership renews monthly or yearly, with member pricing on what you offer. Write the integration email once, set it to go out the day after a session or a circle, and every client gets it, timed to their own booking.

The books, kept while you work

Every session, ticket, pack and membership is income the day it is paid. Connect your bank and the room rent, the oils, the new bowl and the training you took arrive as expenses, sorted into Schedule C categories, and Colibri reads the receipts you snap. Mileage to a home visit or a venue is tracked at the official IRS rate, and the year closes with one report to hand your tax professional.

A month for a Reiki and sound practice

  1. 1Eighteen private Reiki sessions at $110, booked from your website, with intake and a waiver from each new client before the first visit.
  2. 2Four Thursday sound baths with 20 mats at $35. Three nights sell 16 mats each; the fourth sells out and three people join the waitlist.
  3. 3Four clients buy a pack of five sessions at $500 and spend it down as they book.
  4. 4An integration email you wrote once goes out the day after every session.
  5. 5$6,360 of income recorded as each payment lands, and $1,240 of room rent, oils and a new bowl from the bank feed, so the month's margin is on one screen.

Questions, answered

Can I run one-on-one sessions and group circles from the same place?

Yes. Private sessions, weekly classes, circles, workshops and retreats share one calendar, one client list and one set of books.

Can I collect intake and consent before someone comes?

Yes. Attach an intake form and a waiver to any session type or gathering, and people complete them when they book. The answers sit on each person's record.

Can I keep a ceremony or a closed circle off my public page?

Yes. Leave it off your site and share the link with the people you have invited. They can still sign up, pay and fill in the intake form from that link.

Can I sell packs of sessions and memberships?

Yes. Sell a pack of sessions or classes and choose what it can be spent on, or a membership that renews monthly or yearly, with member pricing on your sessions and classes.

Can clients pay by Venmo, cash or a sliding scale?

Card payments go through your own Stripe. For Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, cash or a sliding-scale arrangement, add your own instructions in Settings and they appear on the invoice's pay page. Mark it paid when the money arrives and it lands in your books.

Which plan do I need?

ColibriOS Pro, at $129 a month: sessions, classes and circles with intake and waivers, packs and memberships, courses, your website, the CRM, email and the books.
